ABH offers the following benefits:
Insurance Plans
Insurance plans available include medical, prescription, dental, vision and disability. Coverage is available the 1st of the month after date of hire.
401(k) Retirement Plan
All employees are eligible to participate after 30 days of of employment. 100% vested after two years.
Paid Training
New therapists are paid $25/hour for their first 30 days of training as they build their caseload.
Financial Support
ABH provides paid clinical supervision, additional compensation for certificates and licensure reimbursement. We will reimburse 100% of the cost of your licensure test when you successfully pass the exam.
Work & Life Balance
Therapists are 100% fee-for-service and set their own schedules. Core working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm. We also offer PTO: up to 15 days, depending on position with 7 major holidays observed per year.
