ABH offers the following benefits:

Insurance Plans

Insurance plans available include medical, prescription, dental, vision and disability. Coverage is available the 1st of the month after date of hire.

401(k) Retirement Plan

All employees are eligible to participate after 30 days of employment. 100% vested after two years.

Paid Onboarding

New therapists are paid for the first 30 days to help them build their caseload.

Financial Support

ABH provides paid clinical supervision, additional compensation for certificates and licensure reimbursement and mileage reimbursement. Additionally, we will cover 100% of the cost of your licensure test when you successfully pass the exam.

Work & Life Balance

Most therapists at 100% fee-for-service and set their own schedules. Core working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm. Eligible staff will be offered PTO for holidays, birthdays, floating and wellness days.

Additional benefits include an employee referral program, employee assistance plan, and identity theft protection.
